Ae is shortest place name in Britain but is one of the largest forests in the country with over 10,000 hectares. There is also a village of the same name which was founded in 1947 by the forest commission. The forest is known for its mountain biking trails, as well as an area for dog sledding. Theres also a collection of old farm machinery!
