Ruthwell Southwest Scotland
The Ruthwell Cross Dates from Anglo Saxons times.It was destroyed during the conflicts following the reformation. It was restored and then erected in the manse garden in 1823.
It was declared a national monument in 1887. Now maintained by Historic Scotland
